¿No se pueden fusionar características en KML con QGIS?

Soy 100% nuevo en QGIS y estoy teniendo problemas para hacer algo que parece fácil; borrar algunas líneas de polígonos para poder fusionarlos.

Selecciono las regiones con Selección de características por polígono pero todas las opciones de edición están desactivadas.

¿Tiene algo que haga imposible la fusión de polígonos?

El problema es el formato de datos basado en XML (KML). Véase http://www.gdal.org/drv_kml.html para más información.

Solución:

  • Guarde los datos como GeoPackage.
  • Empieza a editar.
  • Haz la selección.
  • Fusión.
  • Dejar de editar y guardar las ediciones.
  • Guardar como KML.
