¿Por qué no puedo instalar python-qgis en Ubuntu 12?

Estoy con ubuntu 12 y Qgis 1.8. He instalado QGIS y el plugin grass pero no puedo instalar el plugin python. Cómo instalar el plugin de python con dependy en Ubuntu?

¿Qué repositorio está utilizando? Puede que quieras añadir lo siguiente a tu /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://qgis.org/debian-nightly precise main
deb-src http://qgis.org/debian-nightly precise main

Después de eso, actualice su sistema

apt-get update
